Should you join us, you will play a pivotal role in establishing us as the most important player in the auto sector in Africa. You can’t be average! You must also be an inspirational leader capable of mentoring, training and elevating young talent and shaping the next generation of operations leaders. Successful candidates will have experience working as a global operator across multiple countries with an ability to build relationships effortlessly. We require that you have at least 10+ years experience working in operations, sales or business development, at reputable multinationals or other growth-stage startups that have redefined their industry. Successful candidates MUST possess a strong track record of not only meeting targets but shattering them at every company they have been at.
