Job Summary
Mononia Aviation is looking for qualified Simulator Flight Instructors to deliver simulator-based training for Boeing 737, Embraer, and Airbus aircraft. The instructor will train and assess pilots in accordance with approved training standards and aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulator training sessions for B737, Embraer, and Airbus pilots.
- Deliver initial, recurrent, and proficiency training.
- Assess pilot performance during simulator sessions.
- Provide debriefings and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Ensure training complies with NCAA, ICAO, and approved training programmes.
- Support the continuous improvement of flight training standards.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Current or previous type rating on Boeing 737, Embraer, or Airbus aircraft.
- Certified Simulator Flight Instructor qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ operational flying or simulator instruction experience.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, CRM, and aviation safety procedures.
